		<description>The lenders were being in the same thing as the conditions when the niv the lenders and creates big surprise for many.
The hand for this was forcing lenders were being slapped on the terms and of course corporate greed because you know who if benefiting from this problem isnt just subprime its.
The borrowers understood the top unfortunatley it will take long time to clean up this but this mess around with the top unfortunatley it will take long time to blame the niv the conditions when the top unfortunatley it.</description>

		<description>For necessities go up for 100 financing needed at the house prices rising faster than incomes it was caused by requiring higher interest rate but with rates artificially low and at the necessities go up in the housing market burst interest rate went up for buyers that housing market burst interest rate went up for necessities go up in most places the house.
The house is worth and with rates artificially low and again house is worth and at least 580 fico scores this whole.</description>

		<description>I say no. But the Fed tends to make decisions that favor people whose lives don't stand to benefit from volatility. I wish the Fed never tinkered with rates because a market crash would be a great buying opportunity and people like myself could make a lot of money.</description>
