      WHAT are you guys, wasted?

      I normally like you guys, but re-read what you read from CAR. They are discussing that it may be illegal (it hasn’t gone to trial, so no one has challenged the law, hence “may”) if it is UNDISCLOSED.

      You rant on and on about how ridiculous it is and then, in the very next breath, you say that you “always, always” disclose this to the 1st lender and PUT IT ON THE HUD!

      Guys, that’s DISCLOSING it!
