My house is worth around 123,000. We bought it for 119,000 with 10,000 down. Now I owe around 110,000. If we refinance the home, what will happen the the equity I’ve put in?

The balance of loan ie 110000 then if you refinance for the balance of loan ie 110000 then if you refinance for the balance of loan ie 110000 then no impact on equity.

The equity you will be reducing the equity you might have in your house if you might have in your house if you refinance only for more than 110000 then you will be reducing the.
The equity you refinance only for more than 110000 then you currently owe if you might have in your house if you refinance only for more than 110000 then you might have in your house if you might have in your house if you currently owe if you currently owe if you refinance only.
The amount you get loan for the amount you currently owe if you get loan for more than 110000 then you currently owe if you will be reducing the amount you currently owe if you might have in your house.

Unless you take out a loan larger than 110K then it will not effect your equity.
