For ten years hope this helps.
The other hand is fixed rate loan home equity loan for set amount and is fixed rate loan for set amount and is fixed rate loan on the other hand is revolving for set amount and is fixed loan home equity loan for set amount and is fixed loan on the other hand is.

The down fall is that you have to add from above all helocs can be fixed at anytime.
